Effective October 17, 2016: Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) will be required for all Washington Connection SAW account users.

MFA provides an additional layer of security for you when logging into your SAW account or performing transactions online. MFA requires you to use more than one method of authentication, such as passwords, challenge questions or a PIN number to verify your identity. This enhancement will make it more difficult for unauthorized people to access your confidential information.

To secure your information, please make sure you log out by selecting the Log Out button after you complete tasks from your account. If you close the browser without logging out, you need to wait for 30 minutes before you can log in again.
