Effective October 17, 2016: Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) will be required for all Washington Connection SAW account users.
MFA provides an additional layer of security for you when logging into your SAW account or performing transactions online. MFA requires you to use more than one method of authentication, such as passwords, challenge questions or a PIN number to verify your identity. This enhancement will make it more difficult for unauthorized people to access your confidential information.
