Reporting Requirements - What do you need to report?

For cash, food, or child care assistance:

  • If you receive cash or food, you must report changes listed in WAC 388-418-0005 by the 10th of the next month after the change. For example, if you have a change today, report it by the 10th of next month.
  • If you receive child care assistance you must report the changes listed in WAC 110-15-0031. Most changes must be reported within 10 days of the change. Changes of child care provider must be reported within 5 days of the change.
  • If you tell us about a change, we must apply that change to all your benefits.
    • Unverified changes in deductions that might cause an increase in benefits will not be updated until your next review unless we receive verifications of the change.

For Washington Apple Health programs:

  • For Washington Apple Health coverage for parents with children, children, pregnant women, or as an adult under age 65 without Medicare, report changes to Washington Healthplanfinder by clicking here.
  • You must report changes listed in WAC 182-504-0105 and WAC 182-504-0110.
  • You must report changes within 30 days of the date of the change.

For Long Term Care programs or Washington Apple Health for those with Medicare, aged, or blind:
