Session time out
Your session has timed out due to 30 minutes of inactivity.
If you were logged into your Washington Connection account or created a Temporary Access Code, all your information entered was saved. You can return to your renewal by:
- Selecting the Access My Account button on the My Account tab if you have an account on the site.
- Selecting the Access With Temporary Code button on the Login tab if you saved with a Temporary Access Code.
If you didn't create an account or a Temporary Access code, unfortunately your data was not saved and you will need to start the online renewal again. We apologize for any inconvenience. You can create an account by selecting the Create New Account button on the Create Account tab.

Use Microsoft Edge, Safari, or Google Chrome for best performance. Internet Explorer will not work.
Spotty internet connection can cause errors.
Save your work often when filling out forms.
Avoid "Double-clicking" a progress icon
Have eligibility information (wage info, date of birth, SSN, etc.) on hand when filling out forms. Users will be timed out after 30 minutes of inactivity.
If logged in, log out before exiting out of the page. Failure to do so can lock users out.
