Other Seattle Energy Assistance is made up of three programs to help you pay an overdue Seattle City Light bill. The bill must be in your name and must be past due by more than $100. You can contact the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) 1-800-348-7144 or Seattle City Light by calling 1-206-684-3000.

The Seattle Public Utilities Emergency Assistance Program (SPU-EAP) helps you pay an overdue SPU bill. The bill must be in your name and must be past due by more than $300.
