Working Families Tax Credit (WFTC) Working Families Tax Credit (WFTC) started in 2023 and is an annual tax credit for Washington workers, including those filing taxes with an ITIN. Community Services Offices Services are available at your local Community Services Office and by phone through the Customer Service Contact Center at 877-501-2233.
Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) TANF benefits are based on your family size and income.
Consolidated Emergency Assistance Program (CEAP) A cash assistance program may be available to families or pregnant women who are not eligible for another cash program, face an emergency, and do not have the money to meet their basic needs. You may apply for the CEAP program online at www.washingtonconnection.org, by calling the Customer Service Contact Center at 1-877-501-2233, or at your local Community Services Office. Funding for this program is limited and may not always be available.
Refugee Cash Assistance (RCA) The RCA program helps eligible refugees and other humanitarian immigrants by providing cash assistance.
