Client Benefit Account (CBA) Activation Page Help

This page is used to complete the registration process as well as:

Activate the Client Benefit Account
Associate your CBA to your SecureAccess Washington (SAW) account
Verify the information we have on file

Questions and features on this page

Activation Code

Enter the activation code sent to your email address.

This email address is the one you used when you initially created your account in Washington Connection.

DSHS Client ID

Enter your DSHS Client ID.

This can be found in the top right section or bottom right corner of letters sent from the Department of Social & Health Services (DSHS) Community Service Office (CSO).

Please select your correct residential ZIP Code

Select your correct residential ZIP Code from the five (5) choices displayed and click Next>>.

A confirmation message displays with a message to logout of Washington Connection and then to log back into your account to access the Client Benefit Account.
