What is the Contact Us/Feedback page?
The Contact Us/Feedback page displays contact options when you have a question or need more information about the programs or services that some of the organizations provide.
There are three categories to choose from:
- One is for questions you may have about how to complete the online application or to check the status of your application.
- One is if you have questions about the programs listed on the "See If I Qualify" Results page.
- One is for when you may be having technical issues with this site or have questions unrelated to any of the other options.
How do I find the program or the organization's contact information?
To get contact information under one of the three categories:
1. Click on the category that you have questions about and a drop down list displays several topics to choose from.
2. Enter a check mark in the topic that you need contact information for and the following contact information displays on the right hand side of the page:
- Organization web site address
- A contact phone number or option to send an email
What information do I need to include when sending an email?
When sending an email the following information is required:
- Full name
- Phone number or Email address to contact
- A comment in the comment section
