My Account Help Page


Depending on the level of access you have, not all of the options below will display in the My Account drop down.

Access My Account

Select the Account Summary button to see a list of all the online forms you have started or submitted on the site in the last 90 days. Please note that only forms you completed while logged into your account show on this Summary. If you were not logged in when completing any forms, they won't show here.

If your account is associated to a Community Partner organization, the Account Summary button shows the summary information for your entire organization.

My CBA

If you have registered a Client Benefit Account (CBA) under your user name, select this option to access your CBA information.

Organization Profile

Select the Organization Profile button to update your organization's account information. Information such as address, phone number and other organization specific information can be updated here.

My Profile

Select the My Profile button if you want to change your individual account information. This can include name, email address and security question. You can't change your user name. If you need to change your user name, you would want to create a new account. Please note that any information on your current account can't be transferred to the new account if you decide to create a new user name.
