Enhanced Services - -

DSHS customers receiving or applying for cash, food, or medical programs can now submit verification documents by email. The department recently ran a mass-email campaign during September and October, inviting customers to participate in the enhanced service called MyDocs Attachment, supported through Washington Technology Solutions. Clients should be aware this is not a scam – the invitation emails are legitimate.

Clients who create a Secure Email Portal account through WaTech may use the email account to send verification documents securely to the department. Verification documents received through secure email will be processed the same as those sent by fax or United States Postal Service.
