Early Childhood Education and Assistance Program (ECEAP)
Offers free preschool to eligible three and four year olds who live in Seattle to help develop the skills they need to be ready for school.

Seattle Preschool Program (SPP)
Offers free or low-cost preschool to eligible four year old children who live in Seattle to help develop the skills they need to be successful in school.

Utility Discount Programs or Utility Assistance Programs (UDP)
Reduces the Seattle City Light electric bills by 60% and Seattle Public Utilities (water, sewer and garbage) charge by 50% for eligible customers.

Seattle Public Utilities Energy Assistance Program (SPU-EDP)
Helps eligible Seattle Public Utilities customers pay a portion of a past due balance to avoid a utility shut off.
