Offers free preschool to eligible three and four year olds who live in Seattle to help develop the skills they need to be ready for school

Seattle Step Ahead Preschools (SSAP)
Offers free or low-cost preschool to eligible four year old children who live in Seattle to help develop the skills they need to be successful in school

Utility Discount Programs or Utility Assistance Programs (UDP)
Reduces the rates that Seattle City Light (electricity) and Seattle Public Utilities (water, sewer and garbage) charge by 60% for eligibile customers

Seattle Public Utilities Energy Assistance Program (SPU-EDP)
Helps eligible Seattle Public Utilities customers pay a portion of a past due balance to avoid a utility shut off
