Working Families Tax Credit (WFTC) Working Families Tax Credit (WFTC) started in 2023 and is an annual tax credit for Washington workers, including those filing taxes with an ITIN. You must be eligible for the Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC) and be a resident of Washington. Eligible recipients can apply every year. Learn more and apply at https://workingfamiliescredit.wa.gov.
